Our approach
We have designed the site with semantic headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, high-contrast text, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, labeled form controls, meaningful alternative text, and content that does not depend on color alone.
Standards
Our target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Some third-party services, embedded scheduling tools, payment pages, social platforms, or documents may be outside our direct control.
Known limitations
We continue testing current browsers, keyboard-only navigation, zoom, mobile layouts, reduced-motion settings, and form error states. Third-party integrations can introduce limitations and are reviewed as the site changes.
Requesting an alternative format
We can provide core website information, service details, forms, or policies in a reasonable alternative format when practical. Contact us with the page address, the content you need, and the format that works best.
Feedback and correction
Report an accessibility barrier to hello@expertappearances.com. Include the URL, what you were trying to do, the technology or device used if known, and the problem encountered. We will review the issue and prioritize a practical correction.
Ongoing review
Accessibility reviews should be included in design changes, content publishing, integration decisions, and periodic quality assurance. This statement will be updated when material practices or known limitations change.
